Thanks for that reducto ad absurdum. It's an old and true friend of the debater. It's also a failure as a response to sophisticated assessment that crimes usually are done with motive.
Thus, we must ask who had a motive to terrorize the public in Spain? ETA had dutifully avoided attacking the working folks of Spain, preferring to attack judges, government executives and the elites. Rule them out. Al Qaeda is a figment of the C.I.A.'s imagination. Rule them out. Especially after the bizarre and incredible "evidence" that seems to have been planted.
So, who does that leave us with a possible perps?
1) Spanish right wingers hoping to elect "law and order" candidates.
2) The U.S. C.I.A. perpetrating yet another Mossadeq, Arbenz, Allende, Aristide, Frias Chavez, Operation Gladio type coup d'etat/electoral interference attempt.
3) The guys who originated the motto, "By deception thou shalt wage war." I.e. Israel's Mossad.
