"Binding term sheet" - can't these guys get anyone to sign a regular 'contract'? My guess is that they begged someone to sign something now to stop the price from tumbling to where a bunch of execs get a call from their bank about their collateral for their house mortgage - or something like that. Only about 6 months late and still another 6 away from their 'targetted' role out date.
