Right. Two new buildings are going up, contractors are hiring to build them. Blue collar workers are being hired, aggregate and concrete producers locally are making and selling more product, the local cement powder hauler has more work, as do the electricians and plumbers, from there it goes to the new employees, as well as an increased tax base which helps the homeowners. Residential sales will improve...groceries, gas,...this is what it is all about and Chinu is anti this because he sees this as a thread to his candidate. Small of him.
