I am new to this area,please excuse me if I do not follow the proper protocol.I have followed ISGI for several months,I own the stock at 7/8.IMHO,the reason ISGI has not moved up in price is that the news releases do not specifically mention the revenues expected from these contracts.Investors want to see dollar amounts mentioned in the news releases.Once revenue projections and profit projections are stated,and backed up by company statements,I think ISGI will fly.
