Not to mention the fact that Iraq had been firing on our planes on a daily basis. They weren't in compliance with the UN resolution from 1991 and that was good enough for Kerry to vote for military action against them in 1998 "even if we had to go it alone." What we need to do now is stay there and use it as a base against other terror groups in the region. Hamas needs to be crushed and we have a great location from which to work. Yassin had his wheels blown off yesterday and Arafat should be next. They called Yassin a spiritual leader. Yeah right! I know the Pope always advises people to turn themselves into bombs.
