In fact, I am seeing more and more white collared friends lose their jobs and unable to find anything comparable...folks used to making 6 figures can't even get a job for $30k...most of them anyway...I do have one friend that got laid off a 6 figure job after 22 years of service...got another job in slightly different field for about $40k...but recently his old boss called him and offered him a position with the company he is now with, for the 6 figures he was used to making...other then that one person, most everybody I know that was making big bucks and got laid off, cannot find comparable work or pay...and more are still getting laid off.......
