Proxim: latest filings include 'going concern' opinion (PROX) By Michael Baron
NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- Proxim (PROX) shares dropped more than 16 percent to $1.60 on volume of 2.9 million in morning action. Late Monday, the Sunnyvale, Calif., maker of wireless networking equipment disclosed that its financial statements for fiscal 2003 include a "going concern" qualification from its auditors.

Thank God Netopia didn't merge with this POS... remember ... back when NTPA was trading at the price range of this stock?
