I haven't seen the commission's findings and find it hard to believe they would issue findings before the investigation was complete....but ...let's assume that what you say is true....even if Bush after only 9 months (following 8 years of inaction by Clinton)failed to stop Al Quaeda....his reaction since 9/11 has been spectacular....he has reacted with courage and conviction....and has put a real dent in Al Quaeda and terror across the globe......
