Did I say 'sure-fire'? Of course, there is risk, but here is a link. I said 12%, but that may be conservative. Return since inception is from 10 cents cdn to current $29cdn, plus monthly distributions just increased to 17cents cdn per month. Last year(2003) total return was somewhat more than 12%, it was 155%. This year appreciation to date about 7% plus monthly distributions. peyto.com I recommend a thorough perusal of the 'investor presentation' part to the site. Let me know what you think. It's not real estate, and that is precisely why I'm interested in diversification away from overvalued California realty 'values'. No takers on the recommendations for choice of a loan, I see.
