All very interesting, but why would anyone believe that SWRT will be successful in integrating the Sirius application? Application integration is not a minor undertaking, and if SWRT's original database design did not consider SFA needs they may have a significant amount of re-engineering to do. Similarly, if they want to retain a common 'look-and-feel' they'll have to re-do the client side. I maintain that if you have a good general purpose workflow engine, you're better off writing your own apps than trying to fit in others.

Call me Mr. Gloom and Doom, but I say the Sirius integration is going to be a significant drain on resources. Ask Clarify and Astea about integration success stories.
