transport and assembly costs would be required for any plant, new or used. Even dismantling costs would be incurred no matter how the plant is disposed of....and mght be provided for in provisions for closure. So we are really left with the question, "How much is the dismantled plant(fully depreciated) worth ?". Significant value or nominal value ? I wonder what has happened in the past.
