So you suggest liquidation is mandatory The choice is: try to kill the terrorist leaders, or grant them immunity to plan and implement attacks designed to kill thousands of civilians. There is no operating judiciary in the Gaza strip, so "judicial" anything is not an option. I thought they invade all the time. They have been raiding, different in scale and duration. In and out to seize or kill the target. A full scale invasion, staying for days and weeks with thousands of troops, and casualties running into the hundreds (all reported as civilian because Hamas doesn't wear uniforms) is something quite different.
