I'd like to understand how investors benefited from "Clintonomics". Surely, you will not use the argument that since the stock market went up during his tenure, it was because he was in office in your reply. I'd like to understand specifically what he did to drive the market (not because his VP created the internet). Tax cuts to spur business investment? Huge government investment in technology? Expanding the investment tax credit? What?
