Hi Welles Lamont, I think it will break tomorrow. The reason is that there is a descending triangle at in the Hourly charts, and I am expecting it to break down. As far as target I think it will be between 1350 and 1359. Those numbers come up a lot in the charts, 233 EMA (fib number), forks, etc. I don't have time to elaborate now, But I will try to do so tonight. But I do think the downside is limited short term. Can you elaborate on the SOX 453? I thought you said it tested 3 times, and I saw only 2 times.
