Hello. I just ran an edgar check on Food Concepts and found out that they filed a 14a, which is simply a notice of the upcoming annual meeting. Once I read it I noticed a few problems. First of all, the company is proposing a 20-1 reverse stock split as well as an increase in the authorized number of shares. I am horrible at math so I don't know how many shares that equals per thousand. I guess the plan is that that will attract brokerage houses and others who cannot or will not deal with penny stocks. I don't know if that is good or bad news. Someone tell me.
