Huge government investment in technology? Yes Clinton and Gore knew the key sectors to concentrate on which would result in economic boom. Every month either Clinton or Gore would be meeting the CEOs of Silicon valley and the biotech industry in California. This Administration thinks that there is no difference between potato chips and silicon chips. That is why they failed on the economic front and as a result on the "new economy" stock market boom.
