Welcome to the Whacko World of Dimethaid, in which we speculate endlessly about where we're going, with no idea of where we are.
For our ignorance, we're indebted to a style of management that rivals The Sphinx for obscurity, except The Sphinx never lies. The Oracle at Delphi would give better guidance, or maybe we should just study the entrails of a bird.
What does it mean? Madame Incommunicado - or Falsecommunicado - got money. Somewhere.
Someone gave her moneyI (Choke!) They should have talked to Dimethaid investors first.
Well, let's not be churlish; maybe they see potential about which the Tight-Lipped One has not seen fit to enlighten we lesser beings.
They gave her money. Who? We don't know. Why? We don't know. What did it cost us? We don't know. Did she sell off some Oxo Chemie goodies to buy Pennsaid a place in the sun? Perhaps she paid the vig again, maybe 30%, to some offshore acquaintance. Well, actually, she won't pay... we will. C'mon now, you don't really think this money is free do you? There's a price... you just don't know what it is.
Or perhaps, as whispers have it, this is all about FDA. Oh, let it be! Because then we'll get to see a miracle: a stock that sucks and blows at the same time.
FDA approval will see thousands of Dimethaid shareholders screaming "Sell!", while other thousands of innocent and uninitiated investors scream "Buy!".
Those who manage to escape with their shirts won't be back, thank you. They'll shout nice things like "Good luck!" to the newbies, as they pour out the exits. The Greater Fool InvestorSpeak Translator will render that as "So long, sucker!" in English.
The sellers will then run, not walk, to the nearest house of worship, and fall to their knees in thanks, promising never, never, never never never again to give money to That Woman, and That Company, with its septagenarian BOD watched vigilantly by Fred, the Guardian Consultant.
No more will they inhabit the purgatory yclept Dimethaid. Free at last!

One more cruel and expensive disappointment, or FDA and salvation?
