Milosevic was not charged in the Hauge for committing genocide in Kosovo either (I believe he was charged for the crime regarding Bosnia). Actually, the Russians claim that genocide has taken place in Kosovo - with the Serbs as victims. Why is it so hard to face the fact, that President Clinton took preemptive action, and prevented a genocide? Is that so wrong?
