It seems we take care of the excesses by wars or disease. But yes, it certain parts of the world growth is too rapid. Most western nations have a negative growth....China has a negative growth despite having a population of about 1.2 Billion....India will surpass China in about 10 years. Africa is losing millions due to AIDS.... Considering all this, world population growth is probably slowing...I haven't checked but I will....
