I have no idea if ignorance is bliss, but I'll defer to your expert opinion on the subject. It's possible that you're better at sniffing out oil reserves than the employees at Chevron-Texaco. I'm skeptical, but I suppose it's possible. How fortunate that you found a shiny prospectus, with a picture of a cowboy on it, to help guide you right to the very operators in the Alberta Deep whose future luck you know will be the best! Why not get yourself a 125% home equity loan from Ditech Funding and invest it all in Peyto or similar Toronto stock exchange beauties. You're either real smart or barking mad. But you'll never know till you put your house up and roll the dice.
