I can hardly wait until after the f'ing election. Win or lose, at least I can expect the partisan bickering to calm down.

I don't know, Carl, I think the partisan bickering is here for quite awhile. It was always around, of course, but my sense is that Reagan with his ideological "war" on government and taxes, and Gingrich along with the many new conservative "think tanks" raised it to new levels with their attacks on Clinton, and a mere election won't make it go away, whichever way the election goes.
