Very strong argument, indeed. Justice should only be served during the act, and never afterwards. Killed an innocent patron in that past few years? No worries. How's that work for the Symbionese Liberation Army (our own home-grown terrorists from 30 years ago)? They must be innocent of killing that Oakland school superintendent and the Sacramento bank customer back in '74 because — so much time has passed. Therefore, the SLA couldn't be guilty, right? I'm sure there's a good bleeding heart liberal quip in here, somewhere, except that Klinghoffer's heart is probably bleeding all over Yassin. Remember Klinghoffer? He was the other guy killed in a wheelchair for doing nothing other than taking his wife on a cruise on the Achille Lauro.

But — we all have our own principles, eh? Maybe we can have a solemn chanting vigil for Yassin and sing Kum-bay-ya with candles at midnight.

"And Sheik Ahmed Yassin, what was he doing when he was struck by Israeli missiles? Did he have a gun in his hand? Was he shooting at Israelis? Was he hiding? No. He was in his wheelchair leaving church at the time he was murdered."
