A friend of mine bought a LOVELY home in PERFECT condition with 8 beautiful acres completely fenced, a SPA and a like new home in North Georgia, (town is something like Eilijay (sp. not perfect but close) about 1/2 hr from Murphy last summer for $147k. I was very impressed. If you want to see what I believe is the most beautiful town in Eastern Tennessee in the most beautiful setting, go to TOWNSEND, Tenn. I would live there in a moment, but couldnt find anything in my price range that I liked. jdn
