I appreciate your proactive handling of this subject.

As a current investor in Colonial one of the worries I have relates to the horseracing industry in general, being a frequenter of local tracks in Delaware, PA and NJ.

If you look closely at the number of horses entered in races, the number of scratches in races and the number of races run daily at the tracks you will notice that there are either not enough horses or too many tracks open at the same time. Under supply/oversupply. This
is good for the horsemen since they can move their horse(s) to the best available situation(which accounts for the high number of scratches here where I am).

What's to say that Colonial will not have to deal with this also??
Maryland has Laurel,Pimlico and Timonium. West Virginia has Charles Town. Pennsylvania has Penn Natl, Phila Park. NJ has Monmouth,
AC, Garden State and the Meadowlands. Each of these states I believe has one of these tracks open through the year. What would Colonial
say to this?? Am I off base? Or are they really counting on the simulcasts??
Txs. Keep up the good work. Mario
