You are probably correct in your analysis, David. I would urge investors to be careful in the short term, however, as we may well see more downgrades. Clearly there will be a market for Type 1, although the results are certainly not spectacular. They may reach some subgroups in Type 2, but that is quite uncertain at this point.

Even so, they should be able to make some money.
