OK sorry to be so rudimentary but if Corvis is out of the equipment business, what business are they in? An optical carrier or something? Whose equipment do they use? Whatever broadwing was, (I don't know) it comes up on lightreading and people seem to think that was a good move on CORV's part to buy broadwing. I was thinking that maybe with Ciena in such a funk that Corvis would step in and take that business but if Corvis is not an equipment provider, I guess cien still has his place. JDSU is back and selling stuff so optical is not dead, we're just early.
