Condor, I checked out the share structure @ SEDAR.... while they have issued shares for debt payment & for the purchase of a company, Northern Educational Books, the shares issued are within reason, @ fully diluted 144,450,488... that's including a recent small private finance to a Vancouver business man.... all the poop on China Ventures -CHV.V- sedar.com
