tom, The dumb schlub at Dynegy couldn't afford the same legal expertise that Lay, Skilling and Tom Watson can afford. These dirty bastards will get the best justice that money can buy. It is completely corrosive to any trust whatsover in our sleazy system of governance and injustice in this formerly great nation.
