"He qualified, right?" You didn't say Clinton "qualified" to be a rhodes scholar. You said he was one. Either you don't need to complete the program to be a rhodes scholar, you lied about him being a rhodes scholar, or you didn't know he din't complet the program. Which is it? I think what it really shows is the left's propensity to dishonestly present their arguments, and that Clinton sometimes doesn't follow through with things. A negative as far as taking a county to war would go.
