Plus Clarke wants the publicity to help with the sales for his new book... So does CBS, the network of Dan Rather and Uncle Wally Cronkite. Curious, isn't it, that CBS's parent, Viacom, is also parent to Simon & Schuster, publisher of Clarke's book?
