I actually edited that post you replied to and added a couple of thoughts. You have, however, hit on a very important political fact in the reaction of the 9/11 families. If they appreciate the honest reaction and the taking of responsibility of Clarke as opposed to the rationalizing and refusal to accept responsibility of the Bush people, they can make a huge difference in public opinion.

I hope that Clarke is able to take another postion in government. How about the next director of the CIA?
