I dont believe foreign residents will be allowed to vote in the Nov elections. It wiil be a unilateral election.(g)

Each new terrorist act, of which there have been many, points out the fact that a war on terror was needed and that terrorists are even more indiscriminate than expected since they will kill anyone, anywhere, even in their own home town instead of just the US citizens

Bush lead that war, but we should never expect any accolades from foreign countries. Many countries were already dealing with terrorists, and resent having to take a back seat to the major action.
