Every American should be outraged at 60 minutes CBS and Viacom for inserting themselves into the political process. 60 minutes:

-Failed to disclose that they have a vested interest in the selling of clarke's book.
- Glossed over the relationship between Clarke and the Kerry campaign.
- Failed to do a proper vetting of Clarke and his story - that background information was available to many reporters not only Fox, who BTW, had permission to release it.
- Failed to show that Clarke contributed campaign money to Democrats and only Democrats.

That information is critical in assessing the Clarke story. It is entirely proper to have the public aware of the information. To withohold it skews the story.

It is funny, that in your mind, something that is truthful, verifiable and in context, should not have been released.
