DEL,yes I am encouraged by Lowery's Report but still no time lines. At least BAE has a time line and chips at 5,000 each only have to sell a few to the military and space industry (and companies that want to check OUM chips out) to get 25,000,000 million in sales. 3% royalties ?

I could not get on Silicon Investor server for two days nor my friend who lives in Michigan area also could not get in. Don't know what problem was but It seems to be alright now.

Why do I get the queasy feeling of more law suits with Matsushita over OUM. I can't belive their filing all these patent applications in phase change area without some stealing purpose in mind. I must be paranoid about this. Trying to shut ECD down by having some minor paten?
