I think the rules are unconstitutionally vague<g>

Unlike the speed limit, of course....

Then again, you do know that you can
be cited for speeding even if you're going
well within the posted speed limit.

It's called the "basic speed law" and
imposes a common sense limitation on speed
to what is safe under the prevailing
circumstances.

Just think of all that discretion in the world...:-)
