Whots' are regular shop rate ? Double it, and triple the time. Oh yeah, an tell 'er only genuine branded parts are acceptable, 1.75% of high retail oughter do it."

First nail down the labor rate per hour. Then get the hours per the job. Then shop for price on a rebuilt tranny. It ain't fun, but its yore money!
