Someone asked me whether Clarke apologized for any of the deaths of people who were killed by terrorists while he was a security advisor under Clinton. I think the answer is no. Just 9/11. Hmmmm. Were those deaths not also due to intelligence failures?

In fact, was he not higher status, and thus more responsible, for deaths under Clinton? Hmmmm.
