and the S-8 from 3/12 may be over or at the tail end now IMO - the last 11 trading days since that S-8 for 80 mil - IBII has traded a total of 162,991,253 shares which would be about 2 x that S-8

1 seller for 1 buyer and S-8 is absorbed ..........
