Again all lies and deliberate distortion. If you cared to watch the full clip on TV you would see him referring to a measure he co-sponsored that would have provided the $87 billion while also temporarily reversing Bush's tax cuts for those making $400,000 a year or more. Though that measure was rejected 57-42 he explained that he had to vote against the 87 billion first to be in a position to co-sponsor his alternative measure which also required Bush to raise the taxes on his buddies, those very folks who are contributing the 140 mil for his campaign.

The 87 billion should not come from our pockets but from those who make 400,000 or more per year.
