Re: Well you're right that unions in general add costs to everything we buy. WRONG! This tired and silly analysis deserves to die an unhappy death. Unions add wealth and purchasing power to communities. They make civil institutions possible. Unions are the one institution more responsible than any other for creating the phenomenally large middle class that America is so proud of. OTOH, the autocrats and parasites like the Walton Family, with their vulgar and anti-American Wal-marts, are the people who are attempting to destroy communities and are the true enemies of our nation.
