GSG 9 and KSK were/are very small...I agree.

Germany certainly has enough qualified men to train...The trick is getting them to volunteer. Germans are certainly nationalistic enough, but the attitude needs adjustment.

That will take a clear admission by German politicians that terrorism is a real threat to Germany.
A couple of well-publicized battlefield wins for KSK would help too.
