You have a variant of Cool Web Search. It's classified as a trojan downloader. It has the ability to evade your installed spyware program. Download, install and run CWShredder. It should remove it for you. It can be manually removed but it's a drawn out process involving quite a bit of registry editing. A reg cleaner will not do the job for you.
