Paul, I think this is a good one too. NETM is attractive to me because of the low valuation relative to cash which they have managed incredibly well during this downturn. Insider buying and recent acquisition seems to position them well too. I am troubled by the large number of shares outstanding - would really like to see them buy back say 10M which would leave them with over 40M in cash after paying for NetSoft. I was disappointed in their most recent sales - thought the downturn was slowing.
