let's get off wmd and get on with what happens in Iraq in the next couple of years. democracy , civil war.. terrorist nation.

I think I may have failed to get my point across in my earlier post. The issue is not what Clinton said. The Issue is that as Americans we expect our President to have a very well defined thought process. It is a crucial trait of any President. This President has not demonstrated that quality in him on all issues that have come across his desk.

Clinton realized that since he is the person with the nuclear codes, he had to go through a clear thought process. I am sure there were scores of people who came to his offices with bits and pieces on information, but as President it is his job to put all those together and paint a bigger picture and then carry his team through in making a decision. Bush has not demonstrated that to us as yet whether it is the Medicare bill, Iraq, pre 9/11 etc.

He does not have the qualities to be a President, even if he says the law is in his side as he did in 2000. This time let us make sure that it is also important for the people to be on his side and not just the law.
