clark is a federal employee who got passed over for a bigger job as the job he had outgrew his capability to think big. he is upset over his loss of position and ego shot. so a very bitter person listens to simone book publishing on how to enhance his memory and publish a book that will make him some money, then 60 minutes joins in this pretense that this is news and not just helping viacom make more money on the book. I cannot wait to hear more about papers or positions clark took that are classified and soon to be released. The guy is a complete mental breakdown. He should have left on medical leave.
