But at this point, the cat is out of the bag, and their credibility is completely shot. How come Enron's CFO goes to jail for cooking the books, while no one at BSL goes to jail for cooking the CPI and PPI formula to artificially make the numbers look better than what they truly are? Different laws and different treatment for the government than the private sector? USA is becoming like a developing country, where govts biasely treat themselves better than the private sector.
