It's funny to see Bush supporters claim that Bush would have handled Al Qaeda better than Clinton. Clinton wanted to go after Al Qaeda, and made some small steps in that direction. But, he couldn't ever get the justification for a big strike. Bush got the justification on 9/11. What was his reaction? Let's avoid Al Qaeda and go after Saddam. ROFL! Tom
