Perhaps the time has come to bring back vigilante justice. The judicial process has become too complicated and I agree that justice delayed is justice denied.

What is happening with Kozlowski has to warm the hearts of Skilling and Ebbers. A six month case! The lesson here, which we already knew, is throw a lot of dollars at your defense attorneys and string it out for as long as you can. Hope the prosecutors turn over and do some good works while waiting for your trial.

BTW, I still owe you a PM detailing my "Enron" moment. I have not forgotten.
