Volume is still so low that the price may be driven by small, $1,000 transactions. In other words, the buys may be to ignorant-bottom feeders who just look at the low price and hope for an explosion of growth. There is no financial report or news that would justify any price increase, nor does the low volume (relative to the low price of the stock) indicate that good news is driving the issue. On the other hand, there is no bad news either, and this company still appears to be actively growing and pursuing business. This still is a lottery ticket type of stock. Management apparently has turned off Wall Street, and that appears to be the big problem.
