Utter nonsense, you need to actually read and comprehend posts before making up your mind about what they say. I'm saying to not take the simplistic approach to thinking that democracy is all it takes. It's only one aspect of having the kind of country the US strives to be. We don't have a pure democracy here either as tyranny of the majority has been an issue since the founding of this country. In addition, democracy around the world is no guarantee of a liberal social/economic/political society. Those who are gleeful over Shrub's elevation to office are enemies of democracy and of the US. He is a radical who is attempting to dismantle SS, Medicare along with YOUR civil liberties all for his personal profit. Pay attention, wake up and smell the corruption!
